- OSHA Recordkeeping Forms
Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses and OSHA Form 301 Injury and Illness Incident Report. Employers with 10 or more employees are required to maintain these logs of recordable occupational injuries and illnesses. - Workplace Posters
Employers are required to display posters prepared by the Department of Labor which summarize the major provisions of various labor laws. These posters must be displayed in a conspicuous location, typically near a time clock or in a lunchroom, where employees and applicants for employment can see it. A poster must be displayed at all employer locations even if there are no eligible employees. All posters are in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format.

- OSHA Work at Home Interpretive Letter
OSHA's previously obscure November 15, 1999 interpretive letter, originally reported by The Washington Post, that sought to clarify employer responsibilities concerning safety for home-based workers. Following a barrage of negative publicity, OSHA quickly retreated from its position and withdrew this controversial document.
